We allow our customers to exchange or return a product abiding by conditions set for the purpose. You may apply for an Exchange, Return or Refund for a product or service within 24 hours after you’ve received it.
Conditions for Return:
1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and without any flaws.
2. To request the return of an item, please inform us within 24 hours from the date you’ve received it.
3. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
4. For returns no adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges.
Conditions for Exchange:
1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product.
2. An exchange cannot be done with a product that has a lower price than that of the original product purchased.
3. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Items will NOT be exchanged if a request is made after 24 hours.
5. Any product that you want to exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Reasons for returns & replacement:
1. Product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
2. Color Mismatch for clothing.
3. Wrong product sent.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund.
Please return the product to us after consulting with the Service Center and we will submit a refund request to our payment gateway system after receiving the returned product(s) upon the fulfillment of our Exchange and Refund Conditions. After submitting our request payment gateway will take 7 to 10 working days to complete the refund process. Refunds for money are subject to inspection and checking by the Payment Gateway Team.
The customer has to bear the expense for the return shipping.
